Return Policy

ezhealthbeauty.com will accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. If 48 hours have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Note that clearance products are not subject to exchange or cancellation.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (in the case of cash on delivery / credit card for delivery) You have to provide us with your bank account details, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if any)

If you haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you can request to return the product within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange the return. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method after the return fee has been deducted.
