By placing an order for Products through our Website, you confirm that you intend to enter into a contract with us for the purchase of those Products. If you have chosen delivery to your address and no one is present at the specified address at the time of delivery, our delivery company will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Products will only be left with a third party (such as a caretaker or maid) with your express authorization.
All risks in the products you order (including the risk of loss and/or damage to the products) will pass to you when they are delivered to the address specified in your order or collected from our store (as applicable) and we will not be responsible for a refund or replacement in the event that the address The one you specified is incorrect.
